Programs & bookings

Program prices, schedules and inclusions are described on each service page. Limited places per intake apply. The free consultation has a stated value of $95 and is offered complimentary at the discretion of Excite Health and Fitness.

Health acknowledgement

Participation in any Excite program assumes the participant is fit to undertake exercise and nutrition coaching. Please consult your medical professional before starting any new exercise program.

Cancellations

Specific cancellation and refund terms vary by program and will be confirmed at sign-up.

Intellectual property

All program materials, including F.I.R.E., I.C.E., the MP Challenge, the Online Nutrition Coach content, and Metabolic Precision resources, are the intellectual property of their respective owners and may not be reproduced without permission.
