Workout Buddy

Excite Health and Fitness

It’s Valentine’s Day, and you know what that means.

Overpriced roses, restaurant prices high, and Hallmark having a heyday.

Here’s what I’d like it to mean for you:

Find someone you care about. I don’t care if it’s your spouse, partner, boyfriend, girlfriend, brother, sister, or friend.

Invite them to exercise with you … to be your workout buddy.

There’s no gift like the gift of fitness.

And who knows? Your invitation might just provide the inspiration that your loved one needs to get started.

Plus, it’s been my experience (and a proven fact) that people do better, stay more consistent, and get better results when they exercise with a friend or significant other. So you’ll reap the benefits, too.

On this Valentine’s Day, I’d like to encourage you to share the love ... and the fitness.

And if you’ve fallen off track or are just getting started yourself, reply back and let me know the biggest question you have about getting back in a routine or starting one. I’d love to help!

Yours in health and fitness,

Chris
