What Do You Need?

Based on an online survey that looked at the impact of COVID-19 on diet across 30 countries, 35% of Australians gained weight during the pandemic.

Not cool.

The past two years did a lot of damage. So if you’ve lost your way, my advice would be to take one step in the direction of self care today.

It doesn’t have to be a 150kg deadlift or 10km run!

It could be 15 minutes of meditation, a massage, chiropractic adjustment, making a long overdue doctor’s appointment, or simply taking a nap.

A brisk walk outside in the sunshine would do the trick, too.

Personally, I’m on a mission to help as many people as I can regain their physical and emotional health .. and yes, they go hand-in-hand.

The problem is, I only have room for about 20 clients in my studio at a time, so this newsletter is one practice I’m committed to in order to reach and help more people.
